Your Privacy is protected

Ayodo's Yodopay product uses a customer's tendered cash as the payment medium making our product a pre-paid  open-loop product.  Pre-paid products are regulatory compliant provided the account sums are  balance and velocity limited such that we are not required to collect personal information from our users (KYC). Since our users never link their Yodopay mobile account to any bank instrument(s)  you will remain completely anonymous and completely protected from the possibility of identity theft. By simply not collecting any personal information from our customers we are better able to protect  their privacy.

We use tri-factor authentication and military grade encryption to protect the small amount of personal information we do collect from our customers.  We never ask for or collect your name, your address or your bank particulars. The only personal information we collect is your mobile  number and a bio-metric identity token used to access your account, reset your PIP and/or close you account.  This bio-metric  is  a series of binary numbers wrapped into a securely encrypted one-time-use QR code such that it can never be stolen.  It is also only one factor of a tri-factor authentication process  such that  by itself it is totally benign and even we cannot reproduce an image of our customer from this token.  In other words , you remain completely anonymous protected from identity theft and invasion of privacy yet you can be positively authenticated to better and more securely serve you.  We call this security process Authentication with anonymity.
Yodopay subscribes to the "Canadian Code of Practice for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce"  which is endorsed by Federal, Provincial and Territorial Ministers responsible for Consumer Affairs  (PIPEDA)   and Ayodo subscribes to and fully supports Self Sovereign Identity (SSI)
